Love Island winner Millie Court has hit back at fans questioning whether she's significant in an impassioned mail service.

The reality star, who was crowned series champion alongside Liam Reardon in August, also admitted she felt 'tired and lightheaded all the time' after slimming downwards to a size six ahead of her appearance on the show.

Millie, 24, has since returned to her previous weight, and she admits it's the happiest she's been since leaving the Spanish villa seven months ago.

Sharing the bulletin on her Stories to gloat International Women's Day, Millie wrote: 'I've been getting a lot of these messages and comments recently... and every bit it's International Women's Day let's discuss information technology.

'NO, I am not pregnant although one day hopefully I volition exist and I'm sure it'll be 1 of the happiest days of my life but beingness a woman, specially in the public middle, I've at present experienced what it's like to be absolutely torn apart by the mode you expect, dress, act etc and it can be hard on someone to be constantly judged.

'I personally feel like I am a very strong girl so those words don't often hurt me, and neither does this.

While she was happy with her figure, Millie admitted she feared existence compared to other female stars in the villa.

She explained: 'I've always been (before Love Island) fluctuating between a size 8 and 10, but most of the time a size 10. I was then happy with the way I looked, I didn't call back twice about information technology,' Millie explained.

'But earlier taking part in Love Island, she decided to hit the gym to shed some weight.

Speaking out: Millie said: 'Because of my height, this made me await unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely anything, feeling sick all the fourth dimension, tired, featherbrained etc)'

'On the weeks leading up to Love Island I felt the need to lose several pounds because I knew I was going to exist surrounded by beautiful slim girls.

'I worked out every single day and ate salad for luncheon and to tell you the truth I was miserable whilst doing information technology. I'd inverse whilst I was on the show for several reasons that's probably for another story time.

'But I went from a size x to a vi, and it'south the smallest I've ever been as a young adult.

'Because of my height, this made me expect unhealthily skinny, of which I was (not eating barely annihilation, feeling ill all the time, tired, silly etc) and I remember looking at myself, I'd lost my boobs and my bum and those curves I once had and I MISSED them.'

Millie went onto reveal that since leaving the Love Island villa she's returned to her previous weight and has become content with her body and urged her followers to 'love their body.'

'Anyhow the point of this is, since coming out of Beloved Island, I've plant my love for my nutrient again and aye I'grand getting back to my usual size,' she said.

'But I honey being this style and I merely want you all to know that if you dear your body and the way that yous are, and then that is THE well-nigh important thing.

It comes after Millie moved into a £ane million Elizabethan mansion in Essex with beau Liam last year.

The reality stars were said to be 'over the moon' after buying their get-go iv-bedroom property together, which boasts sprawling grounds, three bathrooms, and a sauna.

The three storey apartment is ready in a historic Form i listed Elizabethan mansion, complete with panoramic views of the countryside.

A source close to the couple told MailOnline at the time: 'Millie and Liam are over the moon.

'They have been searching for a place they tin call home since winning Love Isle and finally now they won't take to commute hours to see each other.

'It'southward a big stride but they see this every bit a new chapter and are excited to make the property their own.'
